Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards was helped back to the locker room after suffering an apparent knee injury during Saturday’s Game 4 matchup with the Denver Nuggets at Target Center.
Edwards appeared to hyperextend his left knee after trying to contest a layup attempt from Cameron Johnson late in the second quarter.

He appeared to be grabbing his left knee. The right knee was the knee that had been injured.
Before exiting, Edwards recorded five points and three rebounds across 18 minutes.
The Nuggets lead 54-50 at halftime.
