The 32-year-old veteran threw just one inning, allowing one hit and one earned run on a solo homer while striking out two batters.
Glasnow had pitched six starts with 38.2 innings of work in those appearances. He’d been one of the MLB’s top arms so far, amassing a 2.56 ERA and 0.83 WHIP while punching out 47 hitters with a 32.6% K%. If he misses any kind of extended time, his absence will be a major blow to this Los Angeles rotation.
The Dodgers are atop the NL West at 22-14 prior to the conclusion of today’s game vs. the Astros.
