Alex Hunter provides his top golf bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for the 2026 Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club.
We head to Muirfield Village Golf Club (par 72, 7,569 yards, bentgrass greens) in Dublin, Ohio, for the Memorial Tournament, which has been the home of this event since its inception in 1976. The Memorial is the seventh of eight Signature Events this season. There will be 72 golfers competing for a $20 million purse and a top-50 and ties cut after the first two rounds. Scottie Scheffler is the two-time defending champion of the Memorial after winning by four shots at -10 last year.
Below, I have featured my two favorite bets for the Memorial Tournament on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Fitzpatrick has finished inside the top-10 in 3-of-7 starts at Muirfield Village, two of which have come in his last three visits to the Jack Nicklaus design. Fitzpatrick ranks seventh among this field in strokes gained per round at Muirfield Village and the Englishman is in the midst of a career-best season. Fitzpatrick is a perfect 12-for-12 in made cuts with five top-10 finishes, including a PGA TOUR-leading three wins.
Fitzpatrick is on the heels of a T-14 finish at the PGA Championship played at the challenging Aronimink GC. The 31-year-old gained strokes in every major category at the major and he posted a 5-under 65 in the final round. Looking to build off this, Fitzpatrick is a great bet for a top-10 finish at Muirfield Village at these +148 odds.
Three of the last five winners at this par 72 have finished the event top-12 in both SG APP and SG ARG, and Fitzpatrick ranks top-eight in both metrics this season.
While Spieth hasn’t contended yet this season, he has consistently finished high on leaderboards, posting a top-20 finish in 7-of-14 starts. Spieth has finished inside the top-20 in three of his last four starts, most recently with a T-19 at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson his last time out.
At TPC Craig Ranch, Spieth gained strokes across the board and he shot a 9-under 62 in the second round, which is only one stroke off his career low. Spieth now makes his way to Muirfield Village, where he boasts an impressive resume.
Spieth has finished inside the top-20 in 9-of-13 starts at Jack’s Place. The three-time major champion just finished T-7 at Muirfield Village last season and he ranks fifth in this field in strokes gained per round at the venue. Another top-20 finish at Muirfield Village is likely for Spieth this week and he is an excellent bet for that feat at this +118 price.
