























Stan Son provides the latest injury update for Diamondbacks pitcher Michael Soroka on Friday, June 19.
Prior to the start of the second inning of Friday’s game against the Minnesota Twins, Michael Soroka was replaced by Taylor Clarke. Soroka was unable to complete his warmup routine and walked to the dugout with a trainer. There’s been no reason given yet for his exit.

He was going to try to throw a pitch or two, but then couldn't even throw. He's walking off and coming out of the game.
Looks like a lower body injury but thats a guess
Prior to exiting, Soroka pitched one inning and allowed two hits. He threw nine total pitches, six for strikes.
It’s a tough blow for the Diamondbacks as Soroka hs been fantastic, posting a 2.93 FIP while allowing only six home runs in 81 innings.
