Blake Krass shares his top fantasy baseball Pick6 picks and plays for the Friday MLB slate. Check ’em out here!
The MLB season is humming along and there are far more ways to get involved in the action than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Baseball!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for today’s MLB slate.

CJ Abrams has been excellent this entire season. The young Nationals star has an .897 OPS, a top-20 mark among qualified hitters this season. He also ranks fourth in the MLB in RBIs and 18th in runs scored. Abrams is also 3-for-7 with a double and a home run in his career against Orioles starter Trevor Rogers. He should start this game strong, then continue to attack the Orioles’ bullpen when Rogers comes out. Abrams has a hit in seven of his past eight games, and should be able to generate a run as well.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has a great history against Nathan Eovaldi. Guerrero is 12-for-27 against Eovaldi with four extra-base hits, including two home runs. That comes out to a .444 batting average and a 1.224 OPS against Eovaldi for Guerrero. It hasn’t been a great season for Eovaldi either, who is currently sporting a 4.24 ERA. He has given up at least three earned runs in each of his past six starts. He is not giving up a ton of contact, but has allowed far too much power. That is bad news against the big bat of Guerrero, even if his homer numbers are uninspiring this year. This game is a great chance for Guerrero to get going and record an extra-base hit off Eovaldi.

Riley Greene is having a great season at the plate. His batting average currently sits at .292. That is the 18th-best mark in baseball and would be the best average of Greene’s career if maintained. He has a very solid OPS of .826 and is an important part of this Tigers lineup. Tonight, he faces a pitcher against whom he has had a lot of success in the past. Greene is 3-for-5 in his career against Spencer Arrighetti, but all three of those hits have been home runs. Arrighetti gave up six runs, including three home runs, last time out. His confidence should be shaky, while Greene should feel great coming up against Arrighetti. He might not keep his incredible run of homers going, but Greene should at least register a base hit in this one.
Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
