We have finally reached the penultimate episode of Invincible Season 4, which has been one of the series’ most explosive yet. All-out war has broken out, meaning a handful of key storylines are building up to massive endings.
With one of the comic’s most iconic arcs reaching a fever pitch, here is everything you need to know before Season 4 Episode 7 comes out:
Season 4 Episode 7 will premiere on Prime Video at 3 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 15. The episode is titled DON’T DO ANYTHING RASH and it is expected to have a runtime around 50 minutes.
The fourth season will consist of eight episodes total. One episode will come out per week through the finale on April 22.

For as sprawling as Invincible‘s ensemble cast is, the show has paired down the character roster in recent episodes. The show seems fully committed to the Viltrumite War storyline, rather than cutting back and forth between what is happening back on Earth. With that said, here is a breakdown of who is likely to pop up in Season 4 Episode 7:
The war between the Coalition of Planets and the Viltrum Empire is fully underway, now taking place on multiple fronts on multiple planets. Thanks to Allen, Tech Jacket, Battle Beast and Tech Jacket, the Coalition was able to take out a few Viltrumites. So while their forces and their allies were taking losses, there was some tangible progress even with Mark, Nolan and Oliver hiding out and recovering from their fight with Conquest. However, Thragg decided to turn his sights to the Coalition’s home planet, Talescria. While there weren’t any major character deaths, the Viltrumites really laid waste to the city thanks to Data Twin #2’s help. If Mark, Nolan and Oliver hadn’t shown up to destroy the Viltrumite warship, the body count would have been even higher. Thaedus said he wants to strike Viltrum while they are on the back foot, but Allen clearly didn’t appreciate how flippant his leader was about the damage on Talescria.
Since it’s been a few months since Mark left Earth, Eve has to be pretty far along in her pregnancy now. That is probably an issue for another time, since we will probably stay in space for at least Episode 7. The same goes for the other lingering plot threads, like Damien Darkblood and Satan coming to Earth, the evil mummy Ka-Hor escaping by possessing Riley and Rex and Monster Girl getting stranded in the Flaxan Dimension. Fan-favorite comic character Dinosaurus also hasn’t appeared since the season premiere.

The seventh episode of Invincible Season 4 will premiere on Wednesday, April 15.

Amazon publicly renewed Invincible for a fifth season in July 2025. Going by the show’s recent schedule, Season 5 could air as soon as early 2027.
