Check out some of the best De’Aaron Fox player prop bets for Spurs vs. Thunder Game 7 in the NBA Playoffs’ Western Conference Finals.
The San Antonio Spurs kept their season alive on Thursday with a home win to even the Western Conference Finals at three games apiece. Tonight, they head to Oklahoma City for a win-or-go-home Game 7 against the Thunder. Star point guard De’Aaron Fox hasn’t had the best series, but he’s still found ways to make an impact. With the season on the line here, he’ll need to do more for his team to dethrone the reigning champs.
Here are the top De’Aaron Fox prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Saturday’s Spurs vs. Thunder Game 7 in the Western Conference Finals.
De’Aaron Fox played a huge role in the Spurs’ turnaround this season, helping fuel the team’s transformation into a contender. In the regular season, he averaged 18.6 points, 6.2 assists and 3.8 rebounds a gam with a 48.6% FG%, the second best of his career. With a usage rate of 25.0%, he finished second on the team in the stat behind only Victor Wembanyama. It’s not hard to see how the speedy guard’s presence helped unlock the offense.
However, it’s been an up-and-down playoffs thus far for Fox. He was injured to begin the Western Conference Finals, and since returning, his scoring average is down to 16.5 points on a 43.2% FG% and 29.9% 3P%. He’s still pitched in 4.3 rebounds and 6.0 assists though, so he’s finding ways to contribute even if his shot isn’t falling.
Tonight, DraftKings Sportsbook lists Fox’s prop bet lines at O/U 13.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.5 three pointers. His combined PTS + REB + AST line comes in at 24.5.
Fox has played only four of six possible games in this series, and it seems his ankle may still be bothering him while impeding his ability to get downhill. He’s produced just 10.3 PPG against the Thunder while shooting 33.3% overall, scoring just five and nine points in his last two games. Some lingering effects of the injury are just about the only explanation for such a drop-off, but Fox has made an impact elsewhere on the stat sheet.
Over 10.5 REB + AST looks like a very solid betting pick for Game 7 tonight. The over on this line has cashed in all four of his appearances against Oklahoma City so far, averaging 13.0 REB + AST. He’s at exactly 6.5 boards and 6.5 dimes, also handling a respectable 19.8% usage rate. Fox pulled down five, four, 10 and seven boards while dishing out seven, eight, five and six assists in those games.
I also used this prop as one of my top picks for tonight’s game as a whole. Here’s an excerpt to provide some added confidence as the best prop bet for Fox in Game 7.
In 15 games this postseason, the over on 10.5 REB + AST for Fox has cashed eight times. He’s averaging 4.3 rebounds and 6.0 assists during this run for an average of 10.3 REB + AST, right on the edge of the line. This makes for a plus-money prop bettors can feel fairly confident in.
