Victor Wembanyama 28+ Points (-104): The public is expecting a monster game from Wembanyama in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. In Game 1, Wembanyama came up just short of this total with 26 points. In his 18 postseason games, Wemby has averaged 23.3 points per game, but he posted 33 and 28 points in the two games against the Thunder when the Spurs trailed in the series. He’ll need to step up as he has throughout the playoffs when his team has needed him most. It could be another signature game for the 22-year-old from France.

Jalen Brunson 26+ Points (-105): Brunson had 30 points in 37 minutes in Game 1, and the public is backing him to come through again in Game 2. He cleared this prop line in two of four games in the Conference Finals against the Cavs, and three of four games against the 76ers in the previous sweep. He averaged exactly 26 points per game in 74 regular-season games and has averaged 27.1 points in 15 games so far this postseason. In past four matchups with San Antonio, Brunson had 25, 29, 24 and 30 points. He has eclipsed this prop line in six of his last nine games, and he’ll be looking to help his Knicks take a commanding 2-0 series lead on the road this Friday.

Victor Wembanyama 1st Points Scorer (+283): These are extremely short odds for first points scorer, but Wemby has been scoring the first point in the Spurs’ games at an extremely high rate in the postseason. In his last 15 games, he has scored the first point six times. In Game 1, Brunson had the first basket, and Wembanyama answered right back with San Antonio’s first basket of the game. The Spurs have won the tip in 86.7% of their last 30 games, but they lost the tip in Game 1. The Knicks won the tip-off in only 53.3% of their last 30 games, but they won the tip in Game 1, allowing Brunson to get the first bucket. Both stars have been especially aggressive right from the jump and are strong plays to continue that trend in Game 2. If the Spurs get the tip-off, look for them to go to Wemby right away as they attempt to establish themselves as the frontrunners early in Game 2. In the last round, Wemby had the first points in Game 4 and in the pivotal Game 7 against the Thunder.
