Find out the purse breakdown and payouts for the 2026 Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club.
The Final Round of the Charles Schwab Challenge comes to a close this Sunday, May 31, at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. While it is not a Signature Event or major championship, it is still an important tournament that rewards a hefty purse along with critical FedExCup points. The total purse for the event is $9.9 million, with $1.782 million going to the winner.
Eric Cole has a one-stroke lead over Ryan Gerard coming into Sunday’s action, with Mac Meissner and J.J. Spaun tied for third two strokes back. It’s a crowded leaderboard, though, with plenty of players in position to claim the win with a strong finishing round.
Here’s how the top-25 will pay out at the end of the tournament. Ties will be evenly divided among the included positions. For example, a four-way tie for fourth would result in the total purse for fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh getting evenly divided between the four players.
