The 34-year-old has been locked in for Carolina this postseason, leading the club in points (9) and notching at least one point in every game thus far. The Hurricanes’ second line, comprised of Hall, Logan Stankoven and Jackson Blake, has been cooking, and Hall has seen a healthy mix of production, with three goals and six assists. Carolina is up 2-0 in the series, with Game 3 taking place in Philadelphia, which shouldn’t affect Hall too much, considering he notched back-to-back multi-point games on the road in the first round against Ottawa. Hall has recorded three points in two of his past three road outings against the Flyers.
Stankoven has been on the receiving end of Hall’s assists this postseason, with six goals thus far. In order to score goals, you gotta shoot the puck, and the 23-year-old has been very aggressive in this department, ranking first in shots on goal per 60 and seventh in shot attempts per 60 this postseason. He has cleared this total in all six games this postseason and in four of his past five outings against the Flyers.
