Bill Yin breaks down the opening odds for the FIFA 2026 World Cup Group H match between Uruguay and Spain.
Spain and Uruguay enter their final Group H match in very different spots, with Spain leading the group and Uruguay still searching for its first win of the tournament.
Spain opened with a frustrating 0-0 draw against Cape Verde, but responded with a much sharper 4-0 win over Saudi Arabia. Uruguay has had a tougher time separating from the rest of the group, drawing Saudi Arabia 1-1 before settling for a 2-2 draw against Cape Verde.
Uruguay and Spain will meet Friday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET at Guadalajara Stadium in Guadalajara, Mexico. DraftKings Sportsbook has odds for the Group H matchup.
Spain is favored on DraftKings Sportsbook, sitting at -194 on the 90-minute Moneyline. Uruguay is +614 to pull off the upset, while the draw is listed at +355.
The total is set at 2.5 goals, with the over priced at -108 and the under at +104. Spain looked much more dangerous in its second match after a flat opener, while Uruguay has already conceded three goals across two group-stage draws.
Spain can lock up first place in Group H with a win, while Uruguay likely needs its best performance of the tournament to avoid leaving qualification up to other results. The matchup still has plenty of stakes, with Spain trying to finish the group cleanly and Uruguay trying to turn two underwhelming draws into a knockout-round push.
