Blake Krass breaks down the betting odds surrounding where former Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson will be taken in the 2026 NFL Draft.
The 2026 NFL Draft begins tonight! This is a look at where former Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson is most likely to get drafted. You can bet on the NFL Draft on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Jordyn Tyson’s stock has been rapidly rising ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft. Tyson has had back-to-back great seasons at Arizona State and is now going to be a first-round draft pick. Tyson was expected to be somewhere on the second tier of wide receivers taken around the middle of the first round. However, just over the past few days, Tyson’s stock has boosted, and it now seems probable that he will be a top-10 pick. Tyson has added more size, improved his route-running, and can play at every wide receiver spot. The biggest detractor of Tyson is that he missed time with an injury in every season of his college career.

Jordyn Tyson is now -200 to be taken in the first eight picks of the 2026 NFL Draft. There is a chance that Tyson goes as early as No. 4 to the Tennessee Titans or No. 5 to the New York Giants. The big question is whether he will get drafted before Carnell Tate, the other top-tier receiver in the draft. The Browns, Commanders and Saints could also all be in the wide receiver market within the top eight picks of the 2026 NFL Draft.

The growing shared opinion is that Carnell Tate is the safe option, and Jordyn Tyson is the high-ceiling option. Tate was a solid player in every season at Ohio State and fits the mold of many top receivers in the NFL today. Ohio State has consistently produced great receivers, and Tate should follow in the footsteps of those who came before him. However, Tyson has a level of athleticism and an extra gear that Tate doesn’t possess. One of those teams at the top of the draft could reach for Tyson, rather than going with the safe option of Tate.
My best bet is on Jordyn Tyson to be the first wide receiver taken in the draft. At plus money, it’s worth a shot on the higher-ceiling player that teams seem very excited to take a chance on. My best prediction would be the Browns reaching for Jordyn Tyson with the sixth pick in the NFL Draft. Cleveland has a glaring need at wide receiver, and Tyson could instantly walk in and be the WR1 for the Browns.
