This isn’t too much of a surprise as Reaves has been sidelined since early April. The Lakers are leading the series 3-0 and Kevin Durant is still out with an ankle injury. There isn’t a sense of desperation in Los Angeles, thus no reason to rush Reaves back.
Following the news of Reaves’ injury, the Lakers are now 2.5-point underdogs on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Rockets are -142 favorites, with the game total set at 205.5.
