Stan Son provides the latest status update for Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. on Thursday, May 21.
In the bottom of the sixth inning of Thursday’s game against the Miami Marlins, Ronald Acuna Jr. was replaced by Eli White. He may have injured his left hand, but nothing has been confirmed yet. There’s also been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.
Eli White has taken over in right field in the bottom of the sixth in Miami. Ronald Acuña Jr. was late taking the field in the bottom of the fifth and appeared to have something bothering his left hand.

Before exiting, Acuna went 2-for-3 with a run and two RBI.
