Will Venable just said "a couple of weeks" for Munetaka Murakami on the postgame show. Hamstring strain. #WhiteSox

In the bottom of the third inning of Friday’s game against the Detroit Tigers, Munetaka Murakami was replaced by Luisangel Acuna. After hitting a grounder to second base, Murakami ran hard to first base to break up the double play. Murakami did beat the throw but suffered an injury to his right leg in the process.
Before exiting, Murakami went 0-for-2 with a strikeout.
Since Murakami had two at-bats, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
Stay tuned to DK Network for live updates on his injury status.
