Last time on Love Island, a shocking double elimination sent both Gabriel and Sol packing. Now, the always entertaining Casa Amor twist is about to send the villa into an even greater frenzy.
Who will stay loyal and who might split during the latest episode of Love Island? Here are a few predictions ahead of the upcoming twist.
Love Island USA predictions
Love Island couples likely to stay loyal
- Trinity and Bryce have held strong for most of the season. Despite the occasional hiccup, it’s hard to think of a couple that has a tighter connection at the moment. Never say never, but I feel good about these two heading into this week’s episodes.
- Corbin and Kenzie…whew. A crazy dynamic between these two this season, but isn’t that what Love Island is about? Despite this divisive couple drawing some ire from fans, there’s no denying that they’re into each other. The problem is, neither is afraid about pursuing other potential connections. That’s a bit of a rarity this season compared to the rest of the cast. In some ways, it might be a surprise if the two actually end up sticking together. Still, I’m gonna zig while everyone else zags. Love them or hate them, there’s something about Corbin and Kenzie that has me thinking they stick it out at Casa Amor.
Love Island couples that could split up
- KC and Aniya started off solid as a rock, but fractures are starting to emerge. The first blip on the radar was his desire to get to know Sol, which surprised just about everyone. Since then, Aniya has been getting jealous (to put it lightly) about KC’s desire to explore other potential connections. Remember, he tried his best to save Sol, a constant source of frustration between the two. Right now, Aniya and KC are in a somewhat monotonous pattern with a heavy dose of insecurity. I think one, if not both, make a move at Casa.
- Melanie and Sincere have been a roller coaster ride, and the fans shocked everyone by voting them within the top four couples this week. Their relationship is a mess, to put it kindly. Mixed signals, jealousy and lies have been a constant theme between these two. While that makes for entertaining television, it doesn’t feel like something that’s built to last. Then again, Sincere gave Melanie a pleasant surprise picking her over Sol. Perhaps this is the start of something actually honest, but I wouldn’t count on it.
- Kayda and Zach haven’t been the most dramatic couple to grace the villa. In some ways, it’s easy to believe that they’ll stay strong on Casa. However, there’s just a sneaking feeling that the two lack chemistry. It could be a result of the edit, but I’m not so sure. These two have embodied a season where most people have been hesitant to make moves or explore potential connections. Faced with the temptation that is Casa Amor, I think this could be the most shocking split of the week.
Single Islanders
- Jen is very much on the outs, having just lost her romantic connection in Gabriel. If anyone is guaranteed to make a move at Casa, it’s probably her.
- Ditto for Caleb, who was the odd man out in a bizarre love triangle with Kenzie. Then, he was paired into a brief couple with Sol. At this point, he’s still searching for someone to bond with this season. Something’s gotta give eventually, right?
