Rae Burrell Over 15.5 Points (-105)

Burrell has been flourishing as a scorer for the Sparks, scoring 24, 13, 19 and 19 points, respectively, in her last four. Burrell has done all this damage despite coming off the bench for three of these contests. The lone game she started was last Wednesday vs. the Lynx and Burrell exposed Minnesota’s league-best defense for 19 points in 26 minutes with a 23.7% usage rate. The reason for this spot start was that Kelsey Plum (leg) and Cameron Brink (ankle) both were inactive, which will be the case again tonight vs. the Tempo.

Burrell should see 25-30 minutes as a starter and operate as the Sparks’ featured player. Plum and Brink are high usage players, handling 26.7% and 22.9% rates this season, and with them both off the floor, Burrell’s usage rate leaps 6.3 percentage points to 26.3%. She is averaging a massive 1.5 points per minute in this scenario. The Tempo rank third-to-last in defensive rating this season and Burrell should have no trouble clearing 15.5 points. In fact, this line is so low, that betting up the ladder with Burrell makes a ton of sense tonight.

Marina Mabrey Over 30.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-114)

Opposite of Burrell, Mabrey is also in a great position to put up strong numbers due to her team being shorthanded. For the third consecutive game, the Tempo will be without Brittney Sykes (foot) and Kiki Rice (ankle). In the first two sans these players, Marbey was great as Toronto’s centerpiece. First, she posted a career-high 37 points to go along with four rebounds and four assists vs. the Sun. Then, she produced 23 points, four rebounds and four assists vs. the Dream, which was an impressive feat, as Atlanta ranks fourth in defensive rating this season.

Mabrey is in a much friendlier spot tonight vs. the Sparks, who rank second-to-last in defensive rating. Mabrey is handling a 33.1% usage rate with Sykes and Rice off the court this season — which is a 3.7 percentage point lift from her average — and she should put up another huge stat line tonight.

Paige Bueckers Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (-116)

The Wings and Aces are going head-to-head tonight for the third time this season, and in each of the first two meetings, Bueckers netted two treys. Las Vegas has been average on defense this season, sitting ninth in rating, and the defending champions have struggled to defend outside shooters, allowing the second-most made three-pointers (9.4) on the third-highest percentage in the league (36%).

In her second season in the WNBA, Bueckers has been a much improved three-point shooter, shooting 40% from deep, compared to 33% as a rookie. Bueckers has finished with multiple makes from beyond the arc in 9-of-16 games, and in her last start, she made three treys vs. the Storm, who are limiting their opponents to the lowest three-point percentage this season (30.5%). In a much better spot for outside shooters tonight, Bueckers is a terrific bet for over 1.5 made treys.
