NBA Best Bets: Top Same Game Parlay for Spurs at Timberwo...
Sean Barnard · 2026-05-16 · via DraftKings Network

Sean Barnard details his top same game parlay for the San Antonio Spurs vs. Minnesota Timberwolves NBA Playoffs Game 6.

The San Antonio Spurs hold a 3-2 series advantage and will look to close things down and advance to the Western Conference finals tonight. The Minnesota Timberwolves will be looking to defend their home court and force a Game 7. Minnesota has gone to back-to-back Western Conference Finals leading into this season, but is one loss away from falling short of this goal again.

Looking at the odds for Game 6, the Spurs enter as 5.5-point favorites with -218 Moneyline odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Timberwolves are +180 underdogs, with the game total set at 218.5 points.

On Friday, DraftKings Sportsbook is offering an amazing 30% profit boost promotion for the NBA Playoffs. Opt in and create a same-game parlay (SGP) for this tilt between the Spurs and the Timberwolves with your single-use Profit Boost Token. The only catch? The parlay must be at least four legs with odds of at least +300 or longer. Seems simple enough, right? So simple, I think I’ll whip one up right now.

You can check out the game prediction, top player props, and plenty more on DraftKings Network. In this article, let’s look at my top same-game parlay for the Western Conference clash.

Spurs at Timberwolves Same Game Parlay:

  • Anthony Edwards to Record 30+ Points
  • Game Total Over 218.5
  • Dylan Harper to Record 20+ Points, Rebounds, & Assists
  • Julius Randle Over 6.5 Rebounds

Anthony Edwards to Record 30+ Points (+161)

There is little argument that conversations surrounding the outlook for the Minnesota Timberwolves must start with Anthony Edwards. The four-time All-Star finished the regular season by averaging 28.8 points per game and scored 30+ points in 32 of his 61 games played. Since the playoffs started, his scoring total has slipped to 21.3 points per game. However, this has been much more driven by his injury issues and minutes limit than by his level of play. The former No. 1 pick scored 30+ points in Games 3 and 4, and has largely looked healthier than seemed possible coming into the series. With the season on the line, count on Edwards launching as many shots as it takes and to put his team in position to win. 30+ points is a comfortable total based on the caliber of talent he is, so back the Timberwolves star’s play to reflect the win-or-go-home situation.

Game Total Over 218.5 (-112)

While both the Spurs and Timberwolves have a strong defense to rely on as well, offense has been the story of this series. The game total has gone over 218.5 in each of the past four games, with both of these teams making a clear effort to push the pace. These two teams lead the NBA in pace across the postseason, with the Timberwolves recording a metric of 100.50 across the playoffs, with the Spurs right behind them at 99.50. For reference, the New York Knicks are playing at the fastest pace of the other remaining postseason teams at 96.45. Victor Wembanyama is a game-changing defensive talent and Minnesota has made it a priority to attack before he gets set in the half-court. The Spurs have shown they are willing to play at this pace as well, which has led to plenty of high scoring across the series. Expect this trend to continue and for both teams to get up and down the floor tonight with the total eclipsing the 218.5 line for the fifth straight game in this series.

Dylan Harper to Record 20+ Points, Rebounds, & Assists (+110)

Sometimes rookies can be exposed under the bright lights of the playoffs, but this has not been the case for Dylan Harper. The Rutgers product has looked wise beyond his years and been an impact player for San Antonio all year. Across the regular season, Harper posted averages of 11.8 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game. Since the postseason started, the 20-year-old is averaging 13.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. In this series alone, Harper is averaging 14.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. He has recorded 20+ combined points, rebounds, and assists in four of the five games in this series. San Antonio has needed Harper’s production, and he has met the challenge all series. The rookie deserves credit for finding different ways to impact winning, with some impressive flashes attacking the glass and as a playmaker in addition to his scoring. I believe in this level of production from Harper to be here to stay, with a clear need for him in the rotation, and the rookie recording 20+ combined points, rebounds, and assists for the fifth time in this series.

Julius Randle Over 6.5 Rebounds (-111)

One of the more fascinating matchups of this series was Rudy Gobert and Victor Wembanyama at the big man spot. But as the series has progressed, Gobert has increasingly struggled. The four-time Defensive Player of the Year was limited to just 22:38 of game action in the previous matchup, his lowest in any game this postseason by more than five full minutes. This small-ball trend is something that should be expected to continue, and Julius Randle will see his rebounding production grow as a result. Randle is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game across the playoffs overall and has tallied 10 rebounds twice in this series. The three-time All-Star plays with a level of physicality that can be bothersome to Wembanyama. Expect there to be more rebounding responsibility on Randle’s plate and for the 6.5-point rebounding line to be a comfortable bar to clear.
