NBA Best Bets: Top Same Game Parlay for Spurs at Thunder ...
Sean Barnard · 2026-05-21 · via DraftKings Network

Sean Barnard details his top same game parlay for the San Antonio Spurs at Oklahoma City Thunder NBA Playoffs Game 2.

The San Antonio Spurs took a 1-0 series advantage over the Oklahoma City Thunder in a double-overtime thriller. Game 2 will remain in Oklahoma City tonight, where the defending champions will attempt to even things up in what feels like the start of a major rivalry for plenty of years to come between these two young cores.

Looking at the odds for Game 2, the Thunder enter as 7.5-point favorites with -238 Moneyline odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Spurs are +195 underdogs, with the game total set at 217.5 points.

DraftKings Sportsbook is offering an amazing 50% SGP profit boost promotion for tonight’s matchup. Opt in and create a same-game parlay (SGP) for this tilt between the Spurs and the Thunder with your single-use Profit Boost Token. The only catch? The parlay must be at least three legs with odds of at least +300 or longer. Seems simple enough, right? So simple, I think I’ll whip one up right now.

You can check out the game prediction, top player props, and plenty more on DraftKings Network. In this article, let’s look at my top same-game parlay for the Western Conference clash.

Spurs at Thunder Same Game Parlay:

  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to Record 25+ Points
  • Alex Caruso to Record 2+ Made Three-Pointers
  • Oklahoma City Thunder Moneyline
  • Chet Holmgren to Record 2+ Made Three-Pointers

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to Record 25+ Points (-324)

It was an ugly start to the series for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The back-to-back NBA MVP was limited to 24 points on an uncharacteristic 7-for-23 shooting from the field. This marked the second-worst shooting percentage of the entire regular season and playoffs for Gilgeous-Alexander. His standard scoring prop is set at 29.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook for tonight’s matchup. But there was progress made as the game continued, with the Thunder putting their star in advantageous positions and allowing him to attack. Gilgeous-Alexander leads the NBA in scoring these playoffs at 28.6 points per game. He has tallied 25+ points in five of the nine playoff games after clearing this margin in 56 of his 68 regular-season games. Oklahoma City will be playing with desperation to avoid the 2-0 series hole. Count on a clear effort being made to spread the floor and take Victor Wembanyama away from the paint to create a driving lane for Gilgeous-Alexander. Don’t expect him to replicate his poor shooting performance in Game 1 and for 25 points to be a comfortable bar for the former scoring champion to clear.

Alex Caruso to Record 2+ Made Three-Pointers (-208)

Despite the loss, Alex Caruso was the story of Game 1. The two-time NBA champion was asked to be the primary defender on Victor Wembanyama for the bulk of the matchup, and he will likely continue seeing his minutes expanded because of this. But Caruso also led the Thunder in scoring with 31 points, including knocking down eight of his 14 three-point attempts. It was a tough shooting season for Caruso, as he shot a career-worst 29.3% from beyond the three-point arc. But he is a career 36.5% shooter from deep, and last season he shot 35.3% from the perimeter across the regular season before improving to 41.1% across the championship run. The 32-year-old is shooting 43.8% from deep across the playoffs, averaging 2.3 made three-pointers per game. He has made 3+ three-pointers in four of the nine postseason games, and back-to-back matchups entering tonight’s Game 2. San Antonio is at its best when Wembanyama is patrolling the paint, and Caruso has looked to be the player it is choosing to leave open most often. The veteran is at his best when the lights are the brightest, so expect him to punish the Spurs by knocking down a pair of three-pointers tonight.

Oklahoma City Thunder Moneyline (-230)

The Oklahoma City Thunder got over the championship hump last season and cruised to an NBA-best 64-18 record across the regular season. They coasted to the Conference Finals by sweeping the Suns and Lakers through the opening two rounds. This did not feel like an example of rest vs. rust, but rather the Thunder waking up to playoff intensity after a relatively clear path to this stage of the playoffs. Oklahoma City is a battle-tested and resilient squad that will not roll over. This is a series that feels destined to go deep, and expect the Thunder to avoid the 0-2 series hole. The Thunder are 33-7 straight-up and 22-17-1 against the spread coming off a loss across the past two seasons. This includes going 8-0 straight-up and 6-2 against the spread coming off a playoff loss. Oklahoma City went 34-7 at home this season and was 4-0 straight-up in the playoffs at home until Monday. The spread is a bit too significant for my liking, but back the Thunder to find a way to win tonight.

Chet Holmgren to Record 2+ Made Three-Pointers (+125)

The Thunder are going to need to get more out of Chet Holmgren if the series is to break their way. After averaging 17.1 points and 8.9 rebounds per game across the regular season, the All-Star is producing 17.4 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in the postseason. However, he was limited to just eight points and eight rebounds in Game 1. Victor Wembanyama is a nightmare matchup for Holmgren. However, the advantage that he does hold is stretching the Defensive Player of the Year to the perimeter and taking his shot-blocking presence away from the rim. Holmgren shot 2-for-4 from beyond the three-point arc in Game 1. He shot 36.2% from the perimeter across the regular season on 3.2 long-range shots per game, and he is shooting 40.0% in the playoffs while attempting 3.9 perimeter shots per game. Expect it to be a priority to create looks for him from beyond the three-point arc for the 7-footer, and for Holmgren to replicate the pair of three-point makes in Game 1.
