After two successful seasons of WWE LFG on A&E, the show is returning for a third season. Up-and-coming superstars compete for an NXT contract in this show while being guided by WWE legends. The first two seasons of this show each featured 15 episodes, and Season 2 ended in October 2025.
One difference between Season 3 and the first two is that there aren’t teams like before. In the first two seasons, the four coaches were retired wrestlers and WWE Hall of Famers. But now, two members of WWE’s active roster are joining the show for Season 3. Before the third season begins, check out viewing information and the cast below.
The third season of WWE LFG begins on Sunday, April 26. A new episode comes out every week.
WWE LFG airs every week on A&E and can also be seen on the A&E app and aetv.com.

Episode 1 of Season 3 of WWE LFG will air live on A&E from 10:00 p.m. ET to 11:00 p.m. ET.

WWE LFG stands for Legends and Future Greats. It is a competition-based WWE show where rising professional wrestlers are coached by two active superstars and two Hall of Famers. The wrestlers compete in matches and other challenges, with the winner earning an NXT contract.
