In the opening bout of this week’s UFC Fight Night, two fighters, Shane Collins and Otari Tanzilovi, will make their UFC debut. Collins, 26, is 7-0 with five finishes and competed in Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat in five of his seven bouts. In 2026, Collins is off to a hot start as he is 2-0 with two first-round knockouts. His opponent, Tanzilovi, is 10-1 with seven knockouts and hails from Georgia.

Shane Collins to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Decision (-170)

This has all the makings of an elite striking matchup, as both fighters have combined for 11 career knockouts. Tanzilovi’s lone career loss came against Josias Musasa on Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2024. Since then, he has picked up one victory in February 2025 and now returns after 16 months away from the sport. I favor Collins in this fight for his recent activity and versatility. 

Collins is a -218 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, with Tanzilovi being a +180 underdog. The total is set at 2.5 rounds, with the over at -154 and the under at +120.

Collins has a one-inch reach advantage (71″ vs. 70″) while both fighters stand 5’9″. Collins has won six of his seven fights by knockout or decison. With two strikers going toe to toe, it is unlikely much time will be spent on the ground in this fight. My favorite play in this contest is getting Collins at -170 to win by decision or knockout.
