Alex Hunter details his top OG Anunoby player prop for Monday’s Game 4 between the Knicks and the Cavaliers.
Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Knicks and Cavaliers will be played in Cleveland on Monday. New York leads this series 3-0 and can advance to the NBA Finals with a win. The Knicks are 2.5-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook, with the game total set at 218.5 points.
Let’s dive into my favorite OG Anunoby player prop for Monday’s contest.
In his third game back from a hamstring injury that cost him two contests in the second round, OG Anunoby scored 21 points across 30 minutes in Saturday’s Game 3 win. The Knicks forward has been playing the best basketball of his career during New York’s playoff push, averaging 19.9 points per game while shooting 58% from the field and 50% from beyond the arc.
Anunoby is handling an 18% usage rate and has cleared 15.5 points in eight of 11 starts, including five games with more than 20 points. Cleveland’s defense has been its Achilles heel during the postseason, ranking 12th among the 16 playoff teams in defensive rating.
Anunoby should have another strong outing in Game 4 as New York looks to clinch the series. In the lone closeout game that he has been active for this postseason, Anunoby went off for 29 points on 11-for-14 shooting against the Hawks.
