After Man City’s draw against Everton, Arsenal just need to win their last three games to collect the Premier League trophy for the first time in 22 years. For West Ham, a loss last week and a Tottenham win means they are back in the relegation zone, although they are just a single point behind Spurs. It’s fair to say this is the biggest game of the season for both clubs.

Arsenal have steadied the ship in a big way since their wobble last month, collecting back-to-back wins against Newcastle and Fulham in the league, while also reaching their first Champions League final in 20 years. Momentum is back on the Gunners’ side after it looked to be slipping away.

Looking at West Ham, they had won two of their last three league games until it all came apart last weekend against Brentford in a 3-0 loss. With only three games to play, it’s no longer in their hands. Things look like they could get even worse for them this weekend, as they face the best team in the league while Tottenham play Leeds at home on Monday.

It’s fair to say Arsenal have enjoyed their last two trips to the London Stadium. In 2024, they went there and beat West Ham 6-0. In 2025, they followed that up with a casual 5-0 win. They’ve now won their last two combined away games against West Ham 11-0. I’m not expecting another result like that, but Arsenal are the far superior side. Both teams are desperate for points in this game, but one of them is better in every facet of the game.
