We have a potential closeout game tonight as the Cavaliers host the Knicks for Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks are up 3-0 in this series and have all the momentum after rallying back late in an improbable Game 1 comeback win. The game will tip off at 8 PM EST.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Mitchell is 4-7 all-time in elimination games, posting 27.4 PPG on .41/.307/.800 shooting splits. It’s not likely that he’ll go quietly into the night as the Cavs fight to keep their season alive tonight. They’re currently in a 0-3 deficit and, despite Kenny Atkinson’s questionable remarks about the Cavs being “analytically” up 2-1, they’re facing elimination tonight.
Mitchell will do all he can in this spot. In this series, he’s taking a ton of shots with 20.7 FGA per game. He’ll continue trying to create advantages for this Cavaliers offense while scoring plenty himself.

On the other end is Jalen Brunson, who was stellar in the Knicks’ Game 3 victory with 30 points on 10/19 shooting and 10/12 from the line. Brunson has been a force in this series with 29 PPG and will light up the Cavaliers again tonight as he tries to put them away to advance to the NBA Finals for the first time in his Knicks tenure, and for the Knicks’ first trip since 1999.
The Knicks will be eager to close this series early to get plenty of rest before the Finals starts. Oklahoma City and San Antonio are tied up at 2-2.

Towns’ role on this team has shifted, catalyzed by both Mike Brown as well as the outcome of the Hawks series. Towns has averaged 6.9 APG over his last 10 games and 6.0 APG over his last five, so 6+ is basically asking him to keep doing what he’s been doing lately, not to hit some outlier outcome. The playoff run has seen Towns stacking multiple double-digit assist games since early April, and the Knicks have leaned into him as a decision-maker when defenses load up on Brunson, which has done only good things for Brunson in terms of relieving pressure off him.
Cleveland also isn’t elite at reducing assists by the regular-season team numbers, allowing 26.6 opponent APG, which keeps the passing environment workable if New York’s shooters convert. When the Cavs send extra attention toward Brunson’s creation, Towns can find open shooters and cutters from the elbow/top, and one or two drive-and-kicks plus a couple of swing passes that lead to made 3s will easily get Towns to six assists on the night.

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of at least two players and select whether you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you cannot pick the same player twice and you must select players from at least two different teams.
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
