Ryan Wohl breaks down his favorite prop bets for tonight’s UFC Freedom 250 card at the White House.
The UFC’s Freedom 250 card at the White House in Washington, D.C. has arrived! This card features seven fights beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET on Paramount+ and is headlined by Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje for the Undisputed Championship. The second title fight on this card is Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane for the UFC Interim Heavyweight Title.
Check out my favorite prop bets for tonight’s UFC Freedom 250 card.
Alex Pereira is attempting to do something no one has ever done in UFC history before: become a three-division champion. Pereira made a seamless transition from Middleweight to Light Heavyweight in 2023 and now looks to do so once more. He is coming off a knockout over Magomed Ankalaev at UFC 320 in October 2025. Pereira has a tough challenge in front of him with former UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Ciryl Gane. Gane last fought Tom Aspinall for the world title at UFC 321, but it ended via no contest after an eye poke.
Even though Pereira is moving up a weight division, he still matches up well against Gane. Both fighters in this bout are 6’4″, while Gane has a slight edge in standing reach (81″ vs. 79″). Pereira weighed in at 251 pounds, three pounds heavier than Gane. Gane is a top-tier striker, but Pereira’s power advantage puts him on another level. In two of Pereira’s last three fights, he has totaled more than 54.5 significant strikes. Pereira does have the potential to score an early knockout, but since Gane is an experienced heavyweight, I think the fight will last a few rounds. Getting Pereira to record over 54.5 significant strikes at -115 is a good play.
Although Michael Chandler has lost three consecutive fights and is 40 years old, he is still talented. In his last fight, Chandler suffered a knockout loss to Paddy Pimblett. Before that, Chandler recorded over 22.5 significant strikes in five straight contests.
Chandler is facing Mauricio Ruffy tonight, and even though it is a tough matchup, he should still be able to find some success. In the UFC, Chandler is averaging 4.04 significant strikes per minute at a 49 percent rate. When Chandler is aggressive and confident, he is still a tremendous striker. I’m taking Chandler to record over 22.5 significant strikes at -115.
