After being sidelined for an extended period due to a cyst, Sabally made her New York debut on May 21, scoring just five points in 16 minutes. In her second game, though, she saw an increase in playing time and responded with 20 points while shooting 50% from three.
With Sabrina Ionescu ruled out due to a back injury, there are plenty of scoring opportunities available in the Liberty offense, and that’s exactly why New York signed Sabally in free agency. The three-time All-Star uses her size to get to the rim while also providing efficient catch-and-shoot scoring from beyond the arc. She’s a versatile offensive weapon, and on a Liberty team with championship aspirations, clearing 13.5 points tonight feels very manageable.
The reigning three-point leader is off to a slow start, shooting just 27.3% from beyond the arc this season compared to a scorching 44.5% mark last year. Her volume has been down as well, averaging only four attempts per game, but that’s exactly why I like the value at +133.
The Mystics draw a favorable matchup against the Sparks on Friday night. Los Angeles currently ranks last in the league in opponent points per game (96.0) and sits 10th in opponent three-point percentage (34.2%). Citron’s shot hasn’t fully come around yet, but this is the type of matchup where a breakout performance can happen. At plus money, I’m loving the value on her to knock down two or more threes tonight.
This prop is a little more chalk than I usually take, but I’m here for it tonight. Copper is averaging six three-point attempts per game and remains one of Phoenix’s most reliable scorers, posting 18+ points in four straight contests.
She struggled from deep against the Liberty in their last meeting, shooting just 22.2% from three, but still led the Mercury with 19 points. With Phoenix desperate to snap its four-game losing streak and New York ranking just ninth in opponent three-point shooting, I like Copper’s chances of knocking down at least two triples tonight.
Taking three of the most-bet player props individually is always an option, but why not roll them into a Same Game Parlay Extra and get in on all the action at once? It’s a fun way to tie everything together… feel free to tag along!
Satou Sabally Points Over 13.5 Points (-121)
Sonia Citron 2+ Three Pointers Made (+133)
Kahleah Copper 2+ Three Pointers Made (-220)
