Blake Krass shares his top fantasy baseball Pick6 picks and plays for the Wednesday MLB slate. Check ’em out here!
The MLB season is picking up steam. There are far more ways to get involved in the action this season than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Baseball!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for today’s MLB slate.

Brent Rooker has had three amazing seasons in a row. He has hit at least 30 home runs in each of those seasons and has made the All-Star Game in two of those three seasons. He has become one of the most consistent power hitters in baseball. Rooker had a really poor start to his 2026 season and then had a stint on the IL. There was a chance Rooker was never healthy to start the season because he did not look like himself. Since returning from the IL, he has looked much more like the guy we’ve come to expect. In the month of May, Rooker is batting .289 with a .939 OPS.
Rooker should keep it rolling tonight against Matthew Liberatore and the Cardinals. Rooker has always been great against lefties, with a career .834 OPS against left-handers. Specifically against Liberatore, Rooker has had success over the years. Rooker is 3-for-5 with a double in his career against the Cardinals’ lefty. Rooker should keep his bat hot and record an extra-base hit in this game.

Maikel Garcia has been having a great season for Kansas City. He is batting .282 with a .778 OPS this season. However, where Garcia has really thrived is against left-handed pitchers. Garcia has an incredible 1.234 OPS against lefties, the third-best mark in baseball this season. He is batting .429 against lefties and should be getting on base with ease against Noah Schultz. Schultz is not only a left-hander, but he’s coming off a dreadful start where he gave up seven runs to the Angels. Schultz has been lights out in lefty-on-lefty matchups this season, not giving up a single hit in 14 at-bats. However, he is allowing a .754 OPS to opposing right-handed batters.
Maikel Garcia has been generating a lot of runs as of late. He has either scored a run or driven in a run in each of his past five games. He should get on base multiple times against Schultz. That gives him a great chance to either drive in a run or score one. Even if he needs to do it against the bullpen, the White Sox have a 4.55 bullpen ERA this season, the ninth-worst mark in baseball.

Ozzie Albies is having a spectacular season for the Braves. He is batting .301 with an .851 OPS in 2026. Albies has been even better against left-handers. He is batting .358 with a .968 OPS against lefties this season. That is a good indicator that Albies should have a big game against Shota Imanaga tonight. Not only has Albies been great against lefties, but he has also been great against Imanaga in particular. Albies is 5-for-9 with two home runs in his career against the Cubs’ lefty. Albies has also been great at home this season, with a .947 OPS in Atlanta. Combining his two great powers, Albies is batting .367 with a 1.133 OPS this season against left-handers at home. He is in the best lineup in baseball this season, and he should help generate some runs against Imanaga tonight.
Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
