Stan Son breaks down the opening odds for the second-round NBA playoff series between the Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers.
Home was indeed sweet for the First Round series between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors, as the home team won every game in the series. With the Game 7 win on Sunday, the four seed in the Eastern Conference, Cavaliers, will face the top-seeded Detroit Pistons in the Conference Semifinals.
Game 1 tips off Tuesday night in Detroit.
The Pistons are -120 favorites to win the series on DraftKings Sportsbook, while the Cavaliers sit at +100 to reach the Conference Finals.

The Pistons racked up 60 wins during the regular season, the most in the Eastern Conference and third-most in the NBA. That looked to be all for naught, as the Orlando Magic took three of the first four games. Detroit bounced back, though, winning the final three games to advance.
Cleveland racked up 52 wins during the regular season. After acquiring James Harden, the Cavaliers went 19-7 in games that Harden played.
These teams met four times during the regular season, splitting the series at two apiece. Both teams won on the opposing home court.
During the regular season, Detroit was ninth in offensive rating and second in defensive rating. Cleveland was sixth in offensive rating and 15th in defensive rating.
