Apple TV’s hit series The Studio has consistently won every major award this season, and now it’s achieved something historic that no comedy ever has before.
The Studio season 2 is being filmed right now, but last year’s season 1 continues racking up acclaim.
Apple’s hit comedy has won every major award it’s been nominated for to this point. That includes:
And now, The Studio has also won the International award from the 2026 British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). It beat out fellow nominees The Bear, The Diplomat, The White Lotus, and Apple’s own Pluribus and Severance.
This win makes The Studio, per Apple, “the first comedy in history to sweep all major awards in a single season.”

No announcement has been made yet regarding season 2’s timing. The Studio season 1 aired in spring 2025.
Here’s hoping we see the show return this fall. At the latest though, season 2 should premiere in early 2027.
