Sutherland Shire Council planning staff recommended the proposal for approval by Sydney South Planning Panel.

The location is very close to Westfield, the train station and Our Lady Star of the Sea Primary School.

The proposed development has 10 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments, with 21 basement car parking spaces, accessed from Penprase Lane.
