With an as yet unknown new head coach due to arrive at the club for the 2027 season, perhaps some players who have set up home in the Illawarra and surrounding areas may be changing clubs and snapping up properties elsewhere?
Forward Jaydn Su'A has already made a call on his future and will play elsewhere next season.
In the meantime, we've looked at the property portfolios of some of the club's key players.

The Dragons' co-captain, currently injured, has kicked goals in the property world.

Cotality records show that in 2018, 'King Gutho' snapped up a three-bedroom home at Collaroy Plateau for $1.255 million.
Records also show that he lodged a development application for an extension/alteration with a build value of $129,494 in 2020.
In 2019, Gutherson spent $1,875,500 on a renovation project in Collaroy Plateau, about a kilometre back from the beach.

Records indicate Gutherson still owns both homes, while he has also bought and sold other properties.
In 2021, he scored a tidy profit on a Collaroy investment unit.
The property was sold for $1.53 million, having been bought for $1.2 million in 2018.
Records also suggest Gutherson bought a two-bedroom unit at Collaroy in 2014 for $600,000, which was later sold in 2018 for $770,000.

In 2019, Cook and wife Courtney snapped up an original home at Woolooware in the Sutherland Shire.
Cotality records show they bought the four-bedroom home for $1.5 million, the first time the property had changed hands since 1986.

Holmes also bought an investment property, a two-bedroom apartment in the Woolooware Bay precinct, amid the 700 apartments developed around Shark Park.
Holmes' apartment cost $810,000 when completed in 2016.
Cotality records indicate Holmes still owns the apartment, which was most recently listed for rent at $650 a week.
