The Italian restaurant joins existing venues like Ammos and Anita Gelato, focusing on a casual, share-style menu that transitions from lunch into late-night service.
Led by Puglia-born head chef Mariocristian Carella, the kitchen uses imported Italian machinery, including a La Monferrina pasta maker and a Marana Forni wood-fired oven to produce fresh pasta and pizza daily.
The menu includes seafood-heavy dishes like chitarra allo scoglio and snapper acqua pazza, alongside standard pizza options and a signature pie featuring nduja and hot honey. For beachgoers, the restaurant also operates a takeaway window facing the street.
The space was designed by DS17 and features a coastal-inspired aesthetic with marble accents and lime-washed walls. As the evening progresses, the atmosphere shifts with the addition of live DJs. The bar program is centered on aperitifs, featuring various spritzes and a house negroni.
The opening is part of a broader redevelopment of the hotel's food and beverage offering. While Benetti's and Ammos are operational, the precinct plans to add several more venues, including a steakhouse and a Japanese restaurant, through the end of 2026.
