Ms Anzellotti is a lifelong resident of the area and has dedicated 25 years to teaching at secondary high schools within the Sydney Catholic Schools system.
Her career includes time at Marist Catholic College Penshurst and Aquinas College Menai.
Her community involvement includes working with her local Parish St Joseph's Oatley, helping with One Meal (provision of food for the vulnerable) and working on projects such as Penny's Secret Santa for Project Youth.
She is a Councillor for Peakhurst Ward on Georges River Council.
NSW Premier and Kogarah MP, Chris Minns said, "Elaina Anzellotti is the representative that Oatley needs. She is someone who has deep roots in the community, and who understands the pressures local families are facing and has already been delivering real results for them.
"As a teacher, councillor and lifelong local, Elaina has dedicated her career to serving the St George community, and I know she will be a strong, hardworking advocate for local families in our Government.
"If my government is re-elected next year, Elaina will work every day to make sure Oatley gets its fair share - building on the investments we're already delivering in schools, hospitals, transport and cost of living relief across the area.
"In uncertain economic times, local communities need practical representatives focused on helping people with the issues that matter most. Elaina will do exactly that for Oatley."
Ms Anzellotti said, "I am running as candidate for Oatley in 2027 because this community is my home.
"I have lived in this community my entire life, raised my family here, and proudly serve as a councillor for Peakhurst Ward so I understand the pressure local families face, from cost of living to access to quality education, transport, and services.
"My background in education and community services drives my commitment to practical people focused outcomes.
"I am ready to be a strong voice for Oatley, advocating for our community with energy and purpose."
