Georges River Council is hosting its popular Eurovision Live Broadcast Party on Sunday, May 17 at the Marana Auditorium in Hurstville to watch the event coming live from Vienna.

Returning for its seventh year, the free event brings hundreds of fans together as the Marana Auditorium transforms into an Austrian Alpine Adventure.

Participants will be able to enjoy the live Eurovision Grand Final on the big screen, soak up a festive Austrian-inspired atmosphere and cheer on Delta Goodrem representing Australia with her new single Eclipse.

Free coffee and pretzels will be provided to help kick start the early morning, with additional food and drinks available to purchase, or bring your own. Drinks will be available to purchase at the EuroBar.

There will be a Eurovision bingo game, singalongs and dancing, photo activations and prizes for the best dressed.

Georges River Mayor Elise Borg said whether you're a massive long-time fan or brand new to Eurovision, our event is perfect for all ages.

"Eurovision is pure joy, it brings people together in a way that's colourful, creative and fun," Mayor Borg said.

"Our Live Broadcast Party is a celebration of music, diversity and inclusion, and it reflects our community beautifully. We're proud to host an event where everyone can feel welcome and part of something special," she said.
