The property at 145-149 Woolooware Road, which was offered to the market for the first time by Highland, attracted seven registered bidders.
There were 26 bids before the property was knocked down.

Highland chief executive David Highland said investors were drawn to the secure leases, proven tenants, prominent village position and long-term growth.
"The strength of buyer interest throughout the campaign reflects the continued demand for well-located, income-producing assets with strong fundamentals," he said.
"Properties of this calibre rarely come to market, particularly within tightly held village precincts such as Burraneer."

MIRANDA COMMERCIAL OFFER
A commercial property, comprising two buildings which were built before Miranda Fair was developed across the road, is being sold for the first time in more than 65 years.
The L-shaped, single-title property at 94A Kiora Road and 32-38 Gibbs Street, is expected to fetch about $6 million.
The 392 square metre property has a narrow frontage on Kiora Road and a much wider frontage on Gibbs Street.
It has been listed for sale by Expressions of Interest (EOI), with an expected price of $6 million, by Anthony Bouteris, principal of Raine & Horne Commercial Sutherland Shire.

"32-38 Gibbs Street features three retail spaces and two shop-top apartments," he said.
"94A Kiora Road has one retail space and one shop-top residence.
"Every building is fully tenanted, and the property is currently generating net rental income of $200,000 per annum."
Mr Bouteris said the property was constructed by respected local builder William Ronald "Ron" Lee in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
"Mr Lee, who passed away in 2025, just days short of his 102nd birthday, built numerous homes, shops and commercial buildings throughout St George and Sutherland Shire.
"The property is being offered to the market for the first time, and provides investors, owner-occupiers and developers with a rare opportunity to secure a prominent holding in the commercial heart of Miranda.
"Featuring two mixed-use buildings at 94A Kiora Road and 32-38 Gibbs Street, Miranda, the property boasts a rare strategic corner position opposite Miranda Railway Station and adjacent to Westfield."
