There's no denying which team Kogarah High School is supporting in the FIFA World Cup. It is green and gold fever, but many students are also showing their loyalty to a diverse range of countries.

There is also plenty of excitement outside the playground ahead of the Socceroos match this Friday against Paraguay.

After a 2-0 loss to the US, there is still a chance for the Australian national team to make it through the group stage.

Former Georges River FC and Sutherland Shire Football Association player Cameron Devlin, who was named in the squad, might get his chance to take to the field in that match. He was on the bench in the US match as an unused substitute.
