2. Pair your comma four with comma connect
3. Sign up for comma prime or prime lite within 30 days of delivery (using your free prime trial!)

Already have a comma four? It’s eligible for commacare if you sign up before June 18, 2026.

What else do I need to know?

I already have a comma prime subscription. Congrats, you’re already covered by commacare!

I already have a prime lite subscription at $10/mo. Your subscription price will not increase and will stay at $10/mo until it’s cancelled.

Does commacare cover theft, loss, or accidental damage? No, commacare simply extends the duration of the comma four’s included warranty.

My comma four was delivered more than 30 days ago. All comma four are eligible for commacare for 30 days after this announcement (June 18, 2026).

I have a comma two/three/3X. We are not currently offering commacare for those devices, but we will continue to offer trade-ins and repair services.

Is commacare offered outside of comma prime? No, commacare is only offered through comma prime.
