Google. Careers - Website design & Imagery Refresh.
Google Careers, one of the world’s most recognized employer brands, approached this project with a clear challenge: to evolve its platform into a more mature, contemporary, and emotionally resonant experience, while staying true to Google’s spirit.
The refresh aimed to represent the real culture of work at Google: open, collaborative, and rooted in possibility. The experience needed to feel accessible and welcoming, showing the people and the processes behind the platform.
Every design decision was made to create clarity and warmth, guiding candidates through their journey with ease and authenticity.
Our approach focused on developing a design language, supporting consistency without losing humanity. The result is more than a website redesign: it is a system capable of growing with the brand, its teams, and its stories.
It’s a renewed expression of Google’s promise to make opportunity accessible to everyone, with a foundation that celebrates the work, the culture, and the people who make it possible.
