
























I used to run a Moodle instance on a laptop. Mainly for documenting projects I was working on. Any wiki ought to do, as will paper and pen.
A Moodle can author and share a presentation (as web pages) and even accept others' comments.
Some wiki's are file-based, so you can protect/delete data at will, unless you or corporate backs it up.
Unless you want some kind of automation. Simple is beautiful.
