hey y'all, I've been working with this guy for the past 2 months. He is the technical co-founder and we met online. He has great experience, very knowledgeable, and gone through YC.

The problem is, he is very different from me in terms of personality.

He is really introvert, and doesn't speak very much. I'm completely the opposite. I'm extrovert, always hyperactive, always talking and smiling.

We work well together, even though we have different views on some stuff, but I mean it's normal, it's how it's supposed to be.

The problem is I feel like we are not like friends, in terms that our relationship is strictly related to work. What should I do?
