·          6-11 years industry experience

·          6 years experience of BEA realted working experiences, or equivalent experience

·          Bea SOA product experience on development or administration and Industrial experience on banking, FSI, or telecom is preferred.

·          Strong learning ability to adopt the changing new products and new requirements

·          Good communication and coordination skill

·          Project Management skill and Bea Certification is preferred

·          Frequently travel is needed.
