Very strong development skills in distributed system software development requiring 5+ years of experience.
Must have experience with implementation and design of Web 2.0 Applications and browser centric applications
Strong experience with Web technologies HTTP and HTTP streaming technologies and design skills (CSS)
Strong experience with Portlet, Dojo libraries and Adobe Flex, ActionScript 3.0 and Air.
Highly desirable experience with OSGi
Strong experiences with XML, JSON, REST and SOAP
Experience with Open Source technologies, i.e., Spring, Tomcat, XMLBean, Jetty and MX4J.
Solid UNIX and NT development environments experience.
Experience working with cross organizational development teams.
Strong desire to innovate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Must be able to react quickly and calmly to change.
Be able to entertain multiple points of view and make justifiable tradeoff decisions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
