




















The Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics at the University of Cambridge is seeking to appoint a Teaching Associate in Early Modern Ukrainian Studies for the 2026-27 academic year. The post is fixed-term for 12 months, to provide temporary cover, with a start date of 1 October 2026. The Faculty commits to providing career development support and mentoring for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching and examining of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Early Modern Ukrainian Studies and modern Ukrainian literature and culture, to play an active role in the development of the undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum; and to contribute to the administration of the Section's activities. Experience of teaching Early Modern Ukrainian topics will be considered essential; experience of teaching modern Ukrainian literature and culture will be considered highly desirable.
