Samaritan's Purse international headquarters is also home to our Operation Christmas Child offices, our Programs and Government Relations team that facilitates disaster relief work internationally, and various support and administrative teams. It's also just a 45-minute drive from our Wilkes Office and Warehouse in North Wilkesboro, which houses World Medical Mission, our stored supply of Emergency Field Hospitals that allow us to deploy around the world at a moment's notice, and our fleet of U.S. Disaster Relief and Rebuild vehicles that equip volunteers to be the hands and feet of Jesus when storms strike across the U.S.
