安装删除服务

C#服务：
安装服务:
installutil 服务文件名

启动服务:
net start 服务名

停止服务:
net stop 服务名

删除服务:
sc delete 服务名

C++服务：
安装服务：
服务文件名 -i

删除服务：
服务文件名 -u
