The final round of games in Group K will be played on Saturday with Portugal taking on current group topper Colombia and DR Congo squaring off against Uzbekistan.
Portugal trails Colombia by two points and will need a win to confirm top spot and get a slightly more favourable draw in the knockouts.
DR Congo can move to four points with a win against the White Wolves and seal passage through as one of the best third-placed teams.
