DEE Development Engineers Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, DEE Fabricom India Private Ltd, has secured an order worth approximately ₹64 crore (inclusive of GST) for the supply of windmill towers, the company announced today.

The order has been awarded by Ganeko Solar Private Ltd, a domestic entity. The contract involves manufacturing 15 EN156 Envision make 353 MT windmill towers for 3.3 MW windmills, with execution scheduled for completion by January 2027.

Payment terms under the contract are structured in three tranches: 25 per cent advance against a reducing balance bank guarantee, 55 per cent on material readiness, and the remaining 20 per cent within 15 days of invoice. The warranty period is 24 months from ex-works readiness.

The company confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group has any interest in Ganeko Solar Private Ltd, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

DEE Development Engineers' shares were under pressure on Tuesday, falling 2.24 per cent to ₹660.00 on the NSE, against a previous close of ₹677.15. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹690 and a low of ₹647, with sell-side pressure dominating — 81.82 per cent of the total traded quantity was on the sell side. Total traded volume stood at approximately 0.26 lakh shares, with a traded value of ₹1.73 crore.

Despite today's decline, the stock has delivered strong returns over the past year, rising over 106 per cent, and has surged more than 216 per cent year-to-date. The 52-week high of ₹760 was recorded on June 18, 2026. Total market capitalisation stands at approximately ₹4,585 crore.
