最近发现window 7 下的netbeas 越来越慢，开始尝试用虚拟机装ubuntu 里看看速度如何，试了一下，速度超快
1、下载virtualBox

2、安装Ubuntu
http://www.ubuntu.org.cn/getubuntu/download/
3、更新源（10.04）

4、安装LAMP

1). 首先安装SSH
sudo apt-get install ssh
2).安装 MySQL(虽然现在最新版为5.1，但是还只能装5.0版本)
sudo apt-get install mysql-server-5.0
3).安装Apache
sudo apt-get install apache2
4).安装PHP
sudo apt-get install php5 libapache2-mod-php5
5).重启 Apache
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
6).安装 phpMyAdmin
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin
