The first 5 episodes of Perfect Match are out, and matches have been made! But will they last? That’s honestly anyone’s guess at this point, but we’ll be keeping tabs on the matched couples going into the next batch of episodes, which drop Wednesday, May 20. Here’s where everyone stands as of right now…

Yamen and Natalie started off as friends, but quickly decided to explore a romantic connection. However, things could change now that Yamen is hitting it off with DeMari’s ex, Bri!

Side note: Perfect Match was filmed six months ago (November 2025) and a lot has changed since then. Don’t want to spoil you if you’re a Perfect Match purist, but this way for where things stand with Yamen as of May 2026.

Relationship Status: Matched

Jimmy and Ally matched pretty early on, but it hasn’t been smooth sailing. They’ve both explored other relationships (Jimmy went on a date with Kassy) and jealousy has been a constant for them. Episode 5 ended somewhat awkwardly since these two said a low-key “I love you,” only for Jimmy to say he wants to be “open” with newcomers in the house. Cut to Ally making out with Hashim!

Relationship Status: Matched, Kicked Off

Chris and Kayla genuinely seemed obsessed with each other (like, Chris was fantasizing about marriage) but everyone voted them off the show. They promised to stay together, but then Chris came back to the house solo in episode 5 and made out with Sophie, so….guess we’ll see what happens? But for what it’s worth, the vibes are very flirty on Instagram as of right now.

These two were kinda all over the place thanks to Jimmy forming connections with multiple women, but ultimately he and Alison matched (Jimmy even said she felt like home), and seem to be staying loyal even with new singles in the mix at the end of episode 5.

DeMari and Marissa matched early on, but Marissa definitely seems to be dealing with some jealousy issues (they’ve had some tense convos), and things have escalated now that 1) DeMari’s ex, Bri, has entered the villa and 2) Marissa made out with Weston.

Dave and Sophie both entered the show late, and—after initially matching with Mackenzie—Dave started vibing with Sophie. That said, Sophie’s expressed some concern that the relationship is surface level, and she definitely seemed to enjoy her makeouts with Danny, Chris, and Nick at the end of episode 5! As she put it, “it’s not my fault if I have to make out with these guys. I’m just following the rules.”
