You could probably make a cucumber gelato: grind the cukes, put in lots of sugar, heat lowly until its a syrup (add other minor flavors like vanilla, lemon zest, cardamom, you get the idea). Stick in the freezer in trays, pop in every 10 minutes to stir it up a little to break up the crystals. Eat when you can't wait anymore. ♥ 9:35am
